In December 2010, Cork born artist Declan O’Mahony was awarded a commission to create a ‘modern work of art’
for the interior atrium wall of the North South Ministerial Council (NSMC) Joint Secretariat building. The
commissioned work was to relate to the cultural and historic fabric of Armagh City and also to the symbolic and
practical purposes of the NSMC. This film is a documentation of the creation of this artwork which was completed
in September 2011, and formally opened on 28th September 2011.

3D animated music video for the band Frozi. This was aired a few times on national tv in Ireland. Composed by

Documentary about Irish Abstract Artist, Declan O’Mahony, Making Pictures was produced in 2007 highlighting
the unique working techniques that he has developed over the last twenty years.
